Our mission is to provide bespoke concierge and support to high priority patients through our exclusive clinics and surgeons. 

The ESAP Med service aims to reduce the secretarial team workload for private clinics and plastic surgeons by providing additional support and guidance to patients during the important post-surgery phases of their treatment. 

The ESAP Med Team has more than 14 years of first-hand experience dealing with most aspects of post-surgery recovery, including working alongside leading plastic surgeons in London and overseas, and are well-placed to offer tailored guidance and concierge services on key aspects of pre- and post-operative care. 

 


Our team can provide the following services 

·       Pre and post-surgery body-measurement evaluation for correct fitting of medical-grade compression garments.

·       Handle patient queries and concerns before they potentially escalate to patient dissatisfaction.

·      Facilitate referral to qualified specialists, e.g. cosmetic nurses that can provide 24 hr home visits (depending on location), where appropriate.

·       Facilitate referral to top MLD (Manual Lymphatic Massage) therapists, where appropriate.

·  Recommendations to top quality post-surgery product suppliers such as those providing medical garments and products for wound management.

·       Facilitate referral to dietitians, where appropriate.

·       Emotional support, where appropriate, and/or facilitation of referral to qualified counsellors.
